✨ Our Apprentice Day 2026 ✨

Spending time together, building team spirit and simply taking a break from the day-to-day grind – that’s exactly what our trainee day was all about. 💙
Our day began with breakfast together, before we went for a walk to enjoy the sunshine. Next on the programme was a real highlight: the chocolate workshop at Viba Nougatwelt – including a tasting, of course. 🍫😋

After a bit of time to relax, we rounded off the day in a cosy atmosphere with some pizza at the law firm. 🍕

Thank you to everyone who came along and made this day so special. We’re already looking forward to the next Trainee Day! 🚀

The Amor Group, too, faced the challenge of catching up on outstanding statutory audits and re-establishing reliable processes.

Together with the team at the Amor Group, we have systematically addressed the backlog of audits, clearly defined responsibilities and restructured the audit process.

Our auditors, Christoph Ehlert and Holger Grötzner, supported the project through active management, clear communication and close coordination with all those involved.

The result:
✅ Backlog of exams successfully cleared
✅ Final exams completed
✅ The foundations have been laid for more reliable future processes

🎶 Moments of happiness are back for another round!

After the concert is before the concert: our second prize draw as part of the „Moments of Happiness“ campaign also brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Our winners got to spend an unforgettable evening at the Clueso concert in Erfurt – with great music, a fantastic atmosphere and lots of shared memories. 💙

It is precisely these special experiences that show that appreciation can take many forms and fosters connections that extend beyond the day-to-day working life.

We are delighted that this initiative has allowed us to bring a little joy to our female colleagues.

🍷 Company outing to Würzburg 🍻
Last Friday, we went on our company outing to Würzburg – and we could hardly have wished for a better day.

We set off from the Würzburger Stein, right in the heart of the vineyards, with a wine tasting and a varied vineyard treasure hunt. Working in small teams, we laughed, solved puzzles and built things together: We got to assemble wine barrels, recreate an irrigation system, solve tricky puzzles and build towers. To round things off, creativity was called for – each team wrote a poem inspired by the day’s experiences and this special place. Without any AI, of course. 😉

Afterwards, there was still some time left to explore the beautiful city of Würzburg at our leisure before we rounded off the day with a culinary treat at the Hofbräukeller. Over a good meal and a draught beer, we ended the evening in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

An all-round brilliant day with great conversations, plenty of team spirit and loads of lovely memories. A big thank you to everyone who came along and made this trip so special!
