Insurance cover is provided for professional activities worldwide in connection with counselling and dealing with European law and the law of Turkey and for the lawyer's activities before European courts.
Avoidance of conflicts of interest
Lawyers are prohibited from representing conflicting interests due to professional regulations (Section 43a (4) BRAO). Before accepting a mandate, we therefore always check whether there is a conflict of interest.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
