Use PLANARIS to clear audit backlogs and establish reliable financial closing processes

How the Amor Group, in collaboration with PLANARIS, completed outstanding statutory audits, restructured the audit process and returned to reliable timetables.

„PLANARIS understood our situation and, with an agile, digital and solution-oriented approach, met us exactly where we were.“

Successful collaboration with clear lines of responsibility and reliable deadline management

1. starting point
The Amor Group had prepared its annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial years in question. However, due to organisational challenges both within the company and in the audit process to date, the audits could not be completed within the scheduled timeframes.

2. co-operation
PLANARIS impressed with its professional and goal-oriented approach. Thanks to close collaboration, clear deadline management and short decision-making processes, outstanding issues were resolved quickly and in a structured manner. Their understanding of the needs of medium-sized companies and their straightforward communication style, free from lengthy hierarchies, were particularly appreciated.

3. added value
With PLANARIS’s support, the company was able to successfully clear its backlog whilst laying the foundations for further growth. The company has since acquired two businesses, developed new business models and entered additional business areas. PLANARIS’s technical expertise and solution-oriented approach have played a key role in supporting this journey.

„The PLANARIS team and our own team have developed a close working relationship in a short space of time. Christoph Ehlert and Holger Grötzner from PLANARIS have always taken a proactive approach to managing the schedule, ensuring that the individual topics could be dealt with quickly and efficiently.“

Tobias Passberger, CFO of AMOR GmbH
